Returns, Exchanges and Cancelations Policy
All items are handmade to order therefore we cannot accept exchanges or refunds.
If there are any noticeable defaults - such as a tear or mark, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel and we will be happy to help as long as the items are in the same condition as they were sent out - that being unwashed and the labels intact.
Please include your measurements when ordering to ensure that you receive the correct size.
Due to each item being handmade, no cancellation is permitted as the items go into production within a few hours of purchase.
Please ensure you are 100% happy with your order and the size you have chosen before placing your order as it cannot be changed once the order is confirmed. If you are unsure about sizing, you can email us at email@example.com or DM us via our Instagram page.
